The video resolution is full HD 1920 x 1080 by default. Day and time stamps are on by default. Audio recording is off by default, but you can turn it on if you want. The beep sound is off by default. Screen orientation is normal, and screen brightness is set to 80 percent. The temperature scale is Fahrenheit by default, but you can change it to Celsius. The probe light brightness has three levels, with level three being the brightest and the default setting.

The storage menu shows you the memory card size and free space. You can also format the memory card from this menu, or revert back to factory default settings.

There are many applications where you can use this tool around your home. You can use it to check your plumbing or look inside a wall. On a vehicle, you can use it to check the cylinder walls or valves in the engine. If you do a lot of car installs, this can be very handy.
