Milwaukee Cyber Monday Tool Deals: Six Markdowns Worth Acting On Fast

Introduction

Some deals arrive quietly. These do not. Milwaukee has put six of its most requested tools on markdown for a 24-hour Cyber Monday window, and several of these cuts are the deepest of the year on tools readers have been asking to see discounted all year long. The catch is timing: the deals run for 24 hours or until inventory sells out, and the sellout risk is real.

On top of the six markdowns, there is a bundle offer that may be the standout of the whole event: buy any two qualifying Milwaukee M12 bare tools and you get an M12 XC 6.0 battery plus a Packout tool case with customizable foam insert, both free. If you have been sitting on a two-tool M12 wishlist, this is the moment to move.

Milwaukee M12 Fuel 3-Inch Compact Cut-Off Tool

The M12 Fuel 3-Inch Compact Cut-Off Tool has been one of the most requested discounts of the year, and it finally happened: down from $139 to $99. For a compact cutoff that handles bolt, conduit, and sheet metal work in tight spaces, that is a solid entry point into the Fuel line.

At this price it is an easy add-on for anyone already running M12 batteries, and the compact form factor makes it a natural fit for electricians and mechanical trades who cut material on site rather than at a bench.

Milwaukee M12 Fuel Compact Bandsaw

This is the one readers pushed hardest for, and the discount is aggressive: the M12 Fuel Compact Bandsaw drops from $249 to $150. A $99 cut on a compact bandsaw is unusual, and it makes this the headline markdown of the list for metalworking and electrical work.

The compact size means one-handed cuts in tight runs and easier transport between job sites. At $150 it undercuts most of the compact bandsaw market by a wide margin.

Milwaukee M18 Gen 2 Rocket Tower Light/Charger

The Rocket Tower Light/Charger drew feedback that its original price was too high, and that feedback landed. It drops from $399 to $259, a $140 reduction on a tool that does double duty as a high-output site light and a battery charger.

For anyone lighting large interior spaces during construction or renovation, the tower format puts light up high where it spreads instead of pooling at floor level, and the charging function keeps M18 batteries cycling without a separate charger taking up space.

Milwaukee M12 Fuel Compact Bandsaw Kit

If you would rather start with batteries included, the M12 Fuel Compact Bandsaw Kit drops from $299 to $209. This is the same compact bandsaw platform packaged as a complete kit, so it is the option for buyers who are not already invested in M12 batteries.

The $90 discount narrows the gap between bare tool and kit pricing enough that new users should seriously consider the kit route rather than buying the bare tool and sourcing batteries separately.

Milwaukee M18 Stubby Impact Wrenches: Both Sizes Discounted

A recent deal covered the 3/8-inch Stubby Impact Wrench, and the request that followed was simple: bring the 1/2-inch model too. Both are now available, each marked down from $299 to $219 as full kits with a 4.0Ah battery, a 2.0Ah battery, and a charger.

The stubby format is built for fastener access in cramped engine bays, machinery, and framing steel, where a full-length impact wrench simply will not fit. Getting a two-battery kit at $219 is a meaningful drop from the regular $299 kit price.

The Bundle Deal: Buy Two M12 Bare Tools, Get a Battery and Case Free

The last deal is the one most likely to sell out first. Buy any two qualifying Milwaukee M12 bare tools and you receive an M12 XC 6.0 battery and a Packout tool case with customizable foam insert at no cost. A 6.0Ah battery and a foam-fitted Packout case together approach the value of a bare tool on their own, so the effective discount is substantial.

The smart play is to pick two M12 bare tools from this list, such as the cut-off tool and the bare bandsaw, and let the free battery and case complete the setup. That combination turns the markdown prices into a full working kit for less than the usual kit cost.

Which Stubby Impact Wrench Should You Pick?

Both Stubby kits sit at $219, so the choice comes down to fastener sizes rather than budget. The 3/8-inch anvil suits smaller fastener work where precision and access matter most, while the 1/2-inch anvil handles larger automotive and structural fasteners with more torque headroom.

If you already own sockets in one drive size and not the other, let your existing socket set decide. Since both kits include two batteries and a charger, whichever size you choose leaves you with a complete M18 starter setup.

Timing and Availability

Every deal on this list runs for 24 hours or until inventory sells out, and stock on popular markdowns tends to go quickly. If a tool has been on your list all year, the window to act is short.

Conclusion

Six markdowns plus a free battery and Packout case bundle make this a strong 24-hour window for Milwaukee buyers. The M12 Fuel Compact Bandsaw at $150 and the Rocket Tower Light at $259 are the headline cuts, the Stubby kits at $219 cover both drive sizes, and the buy-two bare tools bundle is the value multiplier that ties it all together. Move fast, because these prices disappear in a day.
