Best DeWalt and Milwaukee Flash Sale Deals Right Now: 9 Bundles Worth a Look

Introduction

A limited-time flash sale is running on DeWalt and Milwaukee tools, and the structure of these promos makes them worth a closer look even if you already caught the last round of holiday discounts. Some of the offers stack on top of existing promotions, and a few of the included tools are new enough that deals on them are genuinely rare.

The catch is the usual one for flash sales: quantities are limited, and once promotional stock sells out, the pricing ends. If you have been waiting for the right moment to jump into a battery platform or round out a kit, this is the kind of window that does not stay open long.

How the Flash Sale Works

The sale is structured around two mechanics. On the DeWalt side, buying a qualifying starter kit unlocks free bare tools, and a separate extra-discount promo applies to already-marked-down kits. On the Milwaukee side, a free driver bit set stacks on top of running storage and battery promos, which is unusual for this type of offer.

Because quantities are limited, the smartest approach is to decide what you actually need before the sale starts, then check stock early rather than browsing casually. If you regularly miss these windows, following the retailers’ promo pages and turning on notifications is the simplest fix.

The DeWalt Buy-a-Kit, Get-Two-Free Promo

The headline DeWalt offer is a 20V Max PowerStack compact starter kit: a 1.7Ah and a 5Ah PowerStack battery with a charger for $349, plus your choice of two free bare tools. The claimed value of the free tools is around $418 on top of the $349 kit, which is what makes this bundle stand out.

DeWalt 20V Max PowerStack Starter Kit

PowerStack batteries are DeWalt’s compact high-output battery line, and this kit pairs the small 1.7Ah pack with the larger 5Ah pack so you can match runtime to the task. For anyone building out the 20V Max platform, starting with two batteries and a charger is usually the most practical entry point.

DeWalt 20V Max XR Brushless Compact Router

As one of the two free tool choices, the XR brushless compact router is the pick for trim work, edge profiling, and small detail routing. Its cordless compact format makes it easy to control one-handed on lighter jobs.

DeWalt 20V Max XR Brushless Reciprocating Saw

The reciprocating saw is the more universally useful of the recommended free picks, covering demolition, pruning, and metal cutting with the same battery platform. Choosing the router and the recip saw together covers two very different jobs with no extra battery spend.

The Extra $50 Off DeWalt Kits

On top of the free-tool bundle, DeWalt is knocking an additional $50 off purchases of $200 or more on qualifying kits that are already marked down from retail. That extra discount applies on top of existing markdowns, so the savings compound.

DeWalt 20V XR Brushless 3-Speed Oscillating Multi-Tool Kit

The 2Ah kit version of the 3-speed oscillating multi-tool is one of the standout choices here. Oscillating multi-tools are the workhorse for flush cuts, sanding in corners, and grout removal, and having a dedicated battery in the kit means it is always ready to grab.

DeWalt 20V XR 18-Inch Band File PowerStack Kit

The 18-inch band file is brand new to the 20V XR line, and deals on it are genuinely hard to find elsewhere. For metal work, weld dressing, and smoothing hard-to-reach surfaces, a cordless band file is a niche tool that earns its spot quickly if you do fabrication or pipe work.

The Free Milwaukee Shockwave Driver Bit Set

Milwaukee’s flash offer is a free 100-piece Packout Shockwave driver bit set for the first 100 purchases. The important detail is that this promo stacks on top of other running Milwaukee promotions, which is where the real value appears.

For example, the buy-more-save-more Packout promo gives $50 off when you spend $200 or more on Packout storage. Adding a three-piece Packout set with the rolling box, large box, and small box takes $90 off, bringing the subtotal to $29.94, and the free driver bit set still stacks on top of that. The bit set promo also stacks on Milwaukee’s free battery deal for M18 and M12, as long as stock holds and you are among the first 100 purchases.

Milwaukee M18 Forge Bundles That Stack

The M18 Forge battery line has been difficult to get into with stacked promos before, and this sale offers three of the best entry points. All three are already marked down, already include a Forge battery, and now the driver bit promo stacks on top.

Milwaukee M18 Forge 6Ah Battery Starter Kit

The simplest route into Forge is the 6Ah battery starter kit. Forge packs are Milwaukee’s high-output battery line, and a starter kit is the cleanest way to upgrade your runtime and power delivery across an existing M18 collection.

Milwaukee M18 Fuel Sawzall Reciprocating Saw Forge Kit

The Fuel Sawzall reciprocating saw kit bundles the brushless recip saw with a Forge battery, making it a complete cutting solution out of the box. Demolition work is exactly where high-output batteries justify themselves, since sustained cuts drain ordinary packs faster.

Milwaukee M18 Fuel Grinder with Paddle Switch Forge Kit

The Fuel grinder with paddle switch is the third Forge bundle, aimed at metal workers and fabricators. The paddle switch is a safety-oriented control choice, and pairing the grinder with a Forge battery gives it the sustained output that grinding demands.

How to Approach This Sale

The best strategy depends on where you are starting from. If you are new to the 20V Max platform, the PowerStack starter kit with two free bare tools is the clear DeWalt anchor deal, and the router-plus-recip-saw combination is a sensible default. If you already own 20V Max batteries, the extra $50 off kit markdowns is the more relevant promo, with the oscillating multi-tool and the hard-to-find band file as the picks to watch.

On the Milwaukee side, the stacking is the story. The free Shockwave bit set layers on top of the Packout storage promo and the free battery deal, and the three M18 Forge bundles all benefit from that stacking. If you have been waiting to move to Forge batteries, this sale removes the usual objection that Forge promos never stack.

The one constant: quantities are limited and the sale is time-bound. Decide first, buy early, and treat anything still in your cart as at risk once the promo stock runs low.

Conclusion

This flash sale rewards preparation more than impulse. DeWalt’s buy-a-kit-get-two-free PowerStack bundle delivers roughly $418 in free tools against a $349 kit, the additional $50-off kit promo makes already-discounted kits even cheaper, and Milwaukee’s stacking free bit set turns routine Packout and Forge purchases into unusually strong bundles. If the tools on your list appear here, moving early is the difference between getting the deal and reading about it.
